REVIEW: My daughter Sarah (who is a student) has a better summer job now she has the food safety level 2 certificate. She was a waitress working until late at night, now she is preparing food, checking on fridge temperatures and learning new skills. I would recommend any student to do this course

Trainer was awesome and very easy to learn from.

Trainer made the day go fast. I found it fun and exiting whilst learning

Thanks for what you did, I was very impressed by your training and service given...Thanks again I hope we can do more with you in the future.

Just a line to say thank you so much for such an informative and enjoyable course at Tavistock yesterday. Your enthusiasm is infectious (amazing if you are doing it day in and day out) and you kept what could be a very dry subject most entertaining.

You won't be surprised to hear that I have the Sanitiser in hand and am now about to blitz my kitchen :) Not the first of your course attendees to say that I bet.

Thanks again - here's hoping I got the pass and if so I look forward to receiving the certificate.

Relaxing environment in a beautiful setting

A though and informative course with activities that really enhanced course content. A relaxing and informal atmosphere. Highly recommended.

An enjoyable day. Thank you.

Very easy to follow presentation, lots of revision throughout, made learning & retaining the information very easy

is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification
for people working, or planning to work, in the food
catering industry.
